Hermès introduced the Cargo Birkin as a limited-edition reworking of its most famous bag — structured Toile Goéland canvas trimmed in smooth Swift leather, with a snap-flap pocket on the front, slip pockets on both sides, and a card slot on the back. Utility without a single ounce of the silhouette lost. The 25 is the size collectors chase hardest and the one Hermès produces least. Very limited allocation, offered to established clients only, and rarely surfacing on the secondary market in this condition with its full set.
