SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES

We have the following shipping options available for USA & PR:

• USPS First-Class Package- $5 / FREE on orders over $100
• USPS Priority Shipping - $10  

Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

Preorders may take 1-4 weeks to ship. If you buy an in-stock item along with your preorder purchase, both items will ship once the preorder item arrives. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer same-day local delivery on selected Zip Codes on orders made before 6 PM. If a costumer chooses local delivery on an order made after 6 PM it will be delivered the next business day. 

No specific time of day can be selected since it will vary based on orders volume and drivers schedule. 

Local delivery works with ShopPay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Paypal. If you choose an accelerated checkout method other than ShopPay in the first step of the checkout, local delivery wont be shown as a shipping method. 

Local delivery will be available on selected days. 

INTERNANTIONAL SHIPPING

Free shipping offers don’t apply to international shipping clients. International clients' shipping fee may vary and will be calculated at checkout. 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account here.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is fulfilled.  The system automatically created a shipping label to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling will be charged to customer. Make sure to use both address lines if applicable. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS.
