Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept return requests within 10 days of the date the order was delivered. Once approved the return must be shipped within 10 days of approval. 

Orders are limited to ONE exchange only. 

No money will be refunded only STORE CREDIT. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any damages and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Once we receive the return item(s) back we will process the store credit or exchange. In the event we receive an unapproved item, there will be a 25% restocking and penalty fee. 

All sale items, sale events using discount codes, jewelry, underwear and accessories are not eligible for returns nor exchanges. 

If you happen to change your mind regarding your preorder purchase, we offer returns in the form of store credit. If you buy an in-stock item along with your preorder purchase, both items will ship once the preorder item arrives. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, go here. 

Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location or schedule a pick up. 

SHIPPING FEES 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.

INTERNATIONAL

Customers outside of the US & PR are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
  4. On the airway bill please include your invoice number. Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:
